MIAAP is frequently asked to respond to print, radio, and television requests for interviews and statements regarding critical children's health issues here in Michigan. If you have a knack for public speaking or a passion to get better information to the public, sign up to respond to media requests or start a MIAAP Media Relations Committee.

MIAAP is eager to help you bring your experience and expertise to a wide audience! We always need members who can share real life wisdom about life after residency, negotiating contracts, and other practical matters at our Resident Career Day. You may also hare your research, program, or perspective at a Board Meeting or present at an Annual Conference.

Member contributions are the heart of our newsletter. All members are welcome to submit articles and opinion pieces, published bi-monthly.

MIAAP has recently begun open format board meetings at various locations across the state - ALL members are welcome. And be sure to check out our Annual Conference and consider attending on your own or with your family!
