Early Childhood Champion

Dr. Nikki Hamp is MIAAP’s Early Childhood Champion. The Early Childhood Champion is a pediatrician appointed by their state American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) chapter to serve as a liaison and advocate for early childhood issues at state and national levels. These champions educate others on AAP recommendations, improve health and safety practices, and advocate for policies that support the health, wellness, and development of young children.
